AUGUST 2021 SAKERNAS TRAINING

The National Labor Force Survey (Sakernas) is one of the most important sources of employment social data in Indonesia and has been widely used by various groups. The general objective of Sakernas is to provide sustainable basic employment data, and the specific objective is to obtain data on the estimated number of the working population and unemployment, other employment indicators, as well as developments at the national, provincial and district/city levels, as well as collect information related to the impact of Covid-19 on employment. .

BPS Sangihe Islands Regency held a virtual training of Sakernas Officers in August 2021 for 3 days effective 2-4 August 2021 with a total of 27 participants consisting of 9 PML and 18 PCL.

This training was deemed necessary because of the growing demand for data and the demands of data users, so Sakernas continued to try to refine questions to gather information related to the status of work recommended in ICLS 13.
