NATIONAL STATISTICS DAY 2026 COMMEMORATION CEREMONY

The Statistics Indonesia (BPS) of Sangihe Islands Regency held a ceremony to commemorate National Statistics Day (HSN) 2026 on Saturday, September 26, 2026.

In his address, the Head of BPS-Statistics Indonesia of Sangihe Islands Regency, Mr. Eko Siswahto, emphasized the importance of viewing statistics not merely as numbers, but as information that provides meaning and creates tangible impacts for society. This spirit is in line with the theme of HSN 2026: “Quality, Meaningful, and Impactful Statistics for a Sovereign, Just, and Prosperous Indonesia.”

Through the commemoration of HSN 2026, let us continue to strengthen our commitment to producing accurate, high-quality, transparent, and accountable statistics. Behind every piece of data collected, there are stories and lives of people that serve as the foundation for better decision-making.

Happy National Statistics Day 2026!

Let us work together to deliver statistics that are quality, meaningful, and impactful for a sovereign, just, and prosperous Indonesia.
