Sakernas data collection August 2021

The National Labor Force Survey (SAKERNAS) is a survey specifically designed to collect data that can describe the general state of employment. The implementation of Sakernas in 2021 will be carried out 2 times, namely in February and August.

In general, the purpose of Sakernas is to provide basic employment data. In particular, Sakernas aims to obtain information on data on the number of working population, unemployment, and residents who have stopped/moved work, as well as their development from district/city, provincial, and national levels.

The August 2021 Sakernas enumeration activity is in progress from 16 August - 8 September 2021. Field officers visit the Sakernas sample census block to meet the SLS Chair/Management, informing the household sample that will be recorded to the SLS Chair/Administrator. Then ask for help from the Chair/Management to coordinate or contact the sample households regarding Sakernas data collection.

For the household sample target at BPS Sangihe Islands Regency itself is 548 RTs with 18 field enumerators.
