IMK and KBLI Survey Officer Training in 2019

The direction of Indonesia's Economic Development is expected to increase people's income, expand employment, overcome economic inequality, and social inequality. One of the government's efforts is to make the industrial sector the main driver of national economic development.

The processing industry involving less than 20 people, in the BPS classification includes the Micro and Small Scale Industry (IMK).

Based on the important role of IMK in the national economy, accurate data and information are needed with the development and growth of IMK as an indicator and policy-making material in the industrial sector.

The Central Statistics Agency (BPS) seeks to meet the data and information needs by conducting the IMK Survey which is conducted quarterly and annually.

Before the enumerator can carry out the data collection task in the field, the officer must attend the Training / Briefing.

The 2019 IMK and KBLI Survey Officer Training was held on Friday, March 22, 2019 at the BPS Office of the Sangihe Islands Regency.
