Training of 2019 Bureaucracy Reform (SHPRB) Implementation Survey Officer

Bureaucracy Reform (RB) is an attempt to make fundamental reforms and changes to the system of government administration, especially concerning institutional aspects (organization), management (business processes) and human resources of the apparatus. Bureaucratic reform is carried out in the context of realizing good governance.

In order to evaluate the quality of public services carried out by each government agency, the Ministry of PAN and RB conducted a Survey on the Implementation of Bureaucratic Reform (SHPRB). This survey will produce a Service Quality Index (IKP) and an Anti Corruption Perception Index (IPAK).

For this reason, in order to equip the 2019 BPS SHPRB North Sulawesi Province officers to conduct Training. The training was attended by 31 supervisors and enumerators, who took place at the Best Western The Lagoon Hotel Manado on August 14-16, 2019 who were trained by a National Instructor namely the Head of Statistics Dissemination and Statistics Services Section of the Prov. North Sulawesi.
