Abstract

The Consumer Satisfaction Index (CSI) is used to get an overview of the level of consumer satisfaction with BPS Data Quality from the BPS Data Provider of Sangihe Islands Regency. The IKK value for PST BPS Sangihe Islands Regency in 2021 is 92.57, which means that the service quality of PST BPS BPS Sangihe Islands Regency is in the category Very good. The IKK value has increased compared to the previous year's IKK, which was 89.37 in 2020 (an increase of 3.58 percent).
