Abstract

The number of foreign tourists (tourists) who came to North Sulawesi through the Sam Ratulangi airport entrance in March 2023 was 4,794 people, an increase of 159.42 percent compared to February 2023 (M-to-M). Compared to March 2022, an increase of 358.76 percent (Y-on-Y)

Foreign tourists are dominated by Chinese citizens as many as 3,713 people (77.45 percent), Germans 183 people (3.82 percent), Americans 155 people (3.23 percent) and Singaporeans 96 people (2.00 percent).

The Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) of star hotels in North Sulawesi in March 2023 reached 36.48 percent, a decrease of 2.77 points compared to the TPK in February 2023 which was 39.25 percent.

The average length of stay of guests (RLMT) for star hotels in March 2023 reached 1.83 days, an increase of 0.02 points compared to February 2023. Meanwhile, the average length of stay for foreign guests (RLMT Asing) for star hotels in March 2023 reached 2. 07 days, an increase of 0.4 points compared to February 2023
