Abstract

In January 2021, Manado City experienced inflation of 0.58 percent due to an increase in the Consumer Price Index (CPI) from 105.76 in December 2020 to 106.37 in January 2021. Of the eleven expenditure groups in Manado City, five expenditure groups experienced an increase in index. , namely occurred in the food, beverages and tobacco group by 2.22 percent, the equipment, equipment and routine household maintenance group by 0.71 percent, the clothing and footwear group by 0.22 percent, the personal care and other services group by 0 , 20 percent and the information, communication and financial services group of 0.09 percent.
