Abstract

The Farmer Exchange Rate (NTP) in North Sulawesi in October rose 1.66 percent to 99.26 compared to September which was still 97.64. The improvement in the NTP value was due to the index received by farmers having a sharper increase than the increase in the Index paid by farmers.

· The NTP value during the 2020 calendar year increased by 0.73 percent, so that YoY (year on year) also increased by 1.63 percent.

· Agricultural Household Business Exchange Rate (NTUP) increased by 1.99 percent; from 97.51 in September to 99.44 in October.

· In the rural areas of North Sulawesi, there is an inflation of 0.44 percent. Almost all groups experienced inflation, except for the Health Group which experienced deflation.
