2020 Population Census Publicity Communication Forum

In order to socialize population census activities to students and the media, BPS North Sulawesi Province carried out the 2020 Population Census Publicity Communication Forum. This activity was held on December 10, 2019 at the Four Point hotel, Manado, North Sulawesi.

Some of the speakers who attended the event were Dr. Ateng Hartono SE, M.Sc as the head of North Sulawesi Province BPS, Noldy Tuerah, Ph.D. as chief economist in North Sulawesi Province.

In his speech Ateng Hartono delivered a population census strategy in 2020 and hoped that the media could help deliver the strategy to the public so that each population could be counted well. This statement is also supported by Mr. Noldy Tuerah. He said that accurate data would support policy planning in all development sectors
