In his speech, Sangihe Islands Regent Jabes Ezar Gaghana, SE, ME said that the Statistical Data Expose event conducted by the Central Statistics Agency of the Sangihe Islands Regency was very important in order to introduce statistical data that had been produced by the BPS Sangihe Islands Regency in its task of photographing social facts. and the economy that has occurred in the beloved Sangihe Islands Regency. In addition, I invite all ranks of the Regional Apparatus to coordinate and work together in producing quality data, so that development planning can be arranged appropriately according to the reality. With accurate data, people's welfare will be lifted.
The role of BPS is very important. Statistical data produced by BPS is a reference, a guideline, in the government formulating policies, in the government planning development, both national, sectoral and regional, in the regional sense. Data generated, statistical results, census results are also very important for evaluation, correction, and improvement, be it policies, plans, programs, and of course including the budget that we spend. Even what is produced by BPS is also useful for public study and debate, which is of course the purpose of making corrections and improvements to the development that we carry out together, which are right and good, and the BPS survey results say so, for example, we must maintain, Everywhere that is not right or not is well reflected in what is produced by BPS, of course we must do corrections and improvements.
